Design: The proximity ligation library was prepared from 3 whole flies using the Arima High Coverage HiC+ kit and the final ready to sequence HiC library was constructed using the NxSeq AmpFREE Low DNA ligation kit. The library was sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 using PE150 cycles on an S4 flowcell.
